    2Anxiety & AnticipationComing back to school can be exciting and joyful, but it can also be intimidating and nerve-wracking. There’s a lot of newness this time of year. It’s important that we remember to offer our fears and anxieties of the unknown to God.Calm your nerves for the new year.
    3FriendshipCommunity is one of the greatest gifts God has given us, and school is such a great place to embrace community! At school, we have a community of teachers, classmates, mentors, friends, and even our friends’ families.The gift of community.
    4Seeing God's GoodnessGod’s goodness is everywhere and He has good things in store for us. Already this week, we’ve offered gratitude to Him for some of those good things; we’ve seen how He calms our anxieties; and we’ve reflected on His role as a Friend to us.God's Presence in Our Lives
    5Guidance for the Year AheadAs you build new relationships, expand your mind in your studies, and get involved in your school community, ask the Lord for His guidance and light in your life. Importantly, too, pray that you might be a light to others…Seeing and Being Light
